Bozmii Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Registration Requirement
To purchase wholesale from Bozmii, registration is required in an apparel-related industry. Before placing your first order, you must complete the registration process and provide all necessary documentation. Businesses located in states without sales tax may submit a business license to fulfill this requirement.
Minimums
We do require minimum order quantities, and there are no additional charges for breaking or mixing dozens. Price breaks apply based on the total quantity of your order:
• First price break at 100 total items
• Second price break at 300 total items
• Third price break at 1000 total items
Shipments
Shipment times vary based on destination and order quantity. Most orders are processed promptly and shipped via UPS or GLS, with drop shipments subject to earlier cut-off times. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Information page. Reach out to service desk at service@bozmii.com
All shipments are FOB Origin, and standard carrier insurance rates apply to lost or damaged shipments. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
Payment Methods
Bozmii accepts payments exclusively via credit cards—Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal. We do not accept cash or checks.
Claims
Customers must notify us of any shortages or defective goods within five (5) days of receiving an order. No guarantee is provided for printed or altered goods; please inspect garments carefully before decorating.
Returns
All returns require prior authorization. Defects should be marked with tape before returning. Credits will be promptly issued upon receipt at our warehouse, and defective items will either be replaced or credited.
Returns and canceled orders are subject to a restocking fee of 15-25%, plus return shipping costs. Please contact our service desk at service@bozmii.com

Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy
Our clothing items are covered by our return policy. Bozmii is committed to ensuring the quality of our products and conducts thorough inspections before shipping. In the rare case that you receive a defective product; we have designed a simple and hassle-free return process. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Order cancellations are NOT allowed after the order has been placed on manufacturing. If a return or exchange is initiated for reasons other than a product defect, the customer is responsible for both return and redelivery shipping costs. Returns and exchanges for non-defective products are accepted within 5 days of receiving the goods.
Returns will not be accepted for items marked as non-returnable or for complimentary items.
Products featuring personalization or custom logos are final sale and non-refundable. These items are uniquely tailored to customer specifications, and we appreciate your understanding.
